Abstract

The article is devoted to the results of the study of styles of interpersonal behavior — indicators of the formation of personal properties as one of the components of a teacher of inclusive education’s communicative competence. The
article reveals the essence of the phenomenon of “personal features”. On the basis of the obtained results at the ascertaining stage of the research, there was determined the importance of future teachers’ additional training for the development
of styles of interpersonal behavior which are necessary for a high-quality pedagogical activity in an inclusive educational space. The article reveals the contents of the discipline “Communicative activity of a teacher of inclusive
education”, describes the thematic plan, offers the main methods of work. The results of the control and experimental groups of respondents are compared, showing the effectiveness of activities aimed at the formation of styles of
interpersonal behavior as one of the components of the communicative competence of future teachers.
