Abstract

Various schemes of rolling guide elements of air suspension with increasing and decreasing compression have been studied. It has
been found out that with the compression on increase to a certain degree of deformation of the front tension index reaches the maximum
permissible value, then the possible breakage of the front end of the band and the pressure of the metal to the rolls reaches a maximum
value when forming the profile blank end portion of the guiding element resulted with a deformation degree of 0,56.
