Abstract

The article presents an analysis of digital platforms in the field of scientific, educational content based on the
domestic and foreign experience. The procedure of preparation of qualitative scientific works (articles, projects) has been
described, successful implementation of which is directed to the launch of innovative entrepreneurial start-ups. The
algorithm for forming working groups (teams), differentiation of the factors influencing the quality of the prepared
scientific, innovation projects, working out instruments and mechanisms of promotion the received results into practical
spheres of activity has been presented. The structural and functional model of digital scientific and educational platforms
for the work in the terms of educational cluster functioning has been presented.
