Abstract

Evaluated process control non-conforming products on the example of LLC “Gazprom processing”. The
methodology is based the fact that in the conditions of tough competition and lack of qualified personnel, as well as
in connection with the imposition of sanctions on the import of equipment in organizations that have difficulty with
the production of quality products on worn-out and obsolete equipment, which leads to inconsistencies. In
connection with the revealed discrepancies in the organization is the greatest part of non-productive losses, which is
reflected on the end results of its activities. Therefore, one of the most important and integral aspects of the
management system of any organization should be the management of non-conformities. This should take into
account the practical significance of the Nonconformance management for the economic performance of enterprises.
Practice confirms that inconsistencies in the they are the dominant influence on the ultimate economic efficiency of
domestic enterprises, reducing GDP.

The importance of reducing overhead caused by the emergence of inconsistencies and their consequences, is
a basic prerequisite necessary for the development, implementation and operation of the special systems for quality
management — the quality management system, representing, according to the ISO 9000 management system to
guide and control an organization with regard to quality.
