PATRIOTISM AS AN ELEMENT OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL CULTUREOF THE FUTURE HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT TEACHER

Abstract

The article presents the study results on the actualization of the patriotic element in the procedural-content component of the
process of professional training of future service work teachers. The philosophical, socio-pedagogical and psychological-pedagogical
aspects of considering the definition of the “patriotism” phenomenon are disclosed. Features of the structure and content of the technological
culture of specialists in this field contribute to the inclusion of patriotism as its element. The dynamics of studentsʼ understanding
of the essential characteristics of the phenomenon of “patriotism” in the process of systematic formation of basic patriotic
values and value orientations by means of specially organized events and specialized academic disciplines is reflected. To form this
element on the basis of a convergent approach, a patriotic component was included in the content of special disciplines: elements of
national culture and traditions, Belarusian folk crafts and crafts, national symbols, raw materials and equipment of Belarusian manufacturers.
According to the authors, the convergence of pedagogical and production and craft technologies will lead to a synergy
effect in the process of forming studentsʼ patriotism.
