In the implementation context of the inclusion in education principle, issues related to the experience of joint interaction between
normotypical students and students with special individual educational needs, as well as the role of parents and teachers in
organizing an inclusive educational space, become relevant. The article is devoted to the issues of relevance and importance of team
interaction of pedagogical workers for productive activities with special individual educational needs students, their parents, colleagues
and other participants in the educational process. The role of the discipline “Communicative Activity of the Inclusive Education
Teacher” in the process of forming students' teamwork skills is considered. The experience of organizing the activities of students
in the formation of competence in the field of joint interaction in the context of the implementation of the principle of inclusion
in education is described.
