Abstract

In the development of the inclusive education, experts highlight three main dimensions: inclusive policies,
practices and culture. Special attention is paid to the development of inclusive culture, which is the ground for the
ongoing reforms and changes. In this context, the problem of the development of future pedagogue’s inclusive culture
is of great importance. In order to identify the essential components and conditions for the development of future
pedagogue’s inclusive culture, an empirical study was conducted. Both in- and pre-service teachers participated in the
study. The obtained results and the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature allowed us to highlight the
following structural and content components of the future pedagogue’s inclusive culture: personal-communicative,
axiological and cognitive components.
