Abstract

The article presents the results of an experimental training of speech patterns at the non-linguistic University.
In order to develop skills and abilities that are necessary to use ready-made speech patterns, a model for managing the
students’ speech actions was created. To stimulate the speech utterance, visual, auditory and motor analyzers were
connected. Exercises with the dominant stimulation, regulation and control were used to train ready-made speech
patterns. Control of the correct use of ready-made speech patterns in an unprepared speech was carried out by the
teacher during role-plays. The results of training were reflected in calculating the coefficient of mastery of ready-made
speech patterns. Experiential training of ready-made speech patterns helped teachers to increase motivation for
language learning, develop learners’ communicative skills and master interaction techniques. This is evidenced by the
reviews of teachers-respondents.
