Abstract

This article deals with the problem of the involvement of preschool children in labour activities; highlights and describes the characteristics of preschoolers that allow to carry out labor education at this age. The author summarizes the theoretical and practical experience of using different technologies aimed at the involvement of preschool children in work on the basis of subject-subject relations between the participants of the educational process and concludes that it is necessary to update the approaches to the determination of the position of an adult in the management of children’s labour activity, focusing on building of subject-subject interaction with a child and searching for relevant means and methods of work organization of a child.
