Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the content of technology for professional training of future specialists in the pharmaceutical field in order to form the traits that are inherent in a competitive personality who is capable to take a leading place in the labor market. Criteria for assessing the classification of levels of competitiveness and their structural components are presented. Each component is characterized by a set of indicators. These structural components of competitiveness serve as vectors for vocational training, as well as criteria that make it possible to trace the effectiveness of the process of preparing a specific parameter for the competitiveness formation.
