Abstract

The article offers a structural model of the formation of a tolerant attitude of students towards refugees. The essence of cultivating a tolerant attitude of students towards refugees is revealed. The structural components of the model, the goal and objectives of the process of forming tolerance are described. The diagnostic methods for determining the level of tolerance are presented. The article presents the components that have a positive impact on students, as well as the conditions in which the formation of a tolerant attitude towards refugees is carried out. To organize the process of
cultivatinga tolerant attitude of students towards refugeesa programme of extracurricular work has been suggested, the aim of which is to develop tolerance, to develop empathy, to acquire skills for resolving interethnic conflicts and to learn about other national cultures.
