Abstract

The article actualizes the problem of the motivational sphere of adolescent students with victimized personality deformations, manifested in educational and professional activities, in interaction with teachers and group mates on educational issues. The current state of motivation and victimization problem development in Belarusian psychology is reflected. An understanding of victimization in the context of the subject-environment approach is given and the essence of motivation in various psychological theories is revealed. The results of an empirical study of the propensity to academic victimization of boys and girls studying in higher education are described. Empirically revealed the motivational sphere
characteristics of the personality of young men and women who are prone to the manifestation of academic victimization
in various situations of victimization (ignoring, rejection, humiliation, coercion, isolation, infantilization, terrorization) are
presented. Gender differences in the motivation of a viktis personality in youth are indicated.
