FORMATION OF THE ORIENTATION OF THE PERSONALITY OF STUDENTS BY MEANS OF INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract
The authors analyze the orientation of students’ personality using innovative educational technologies on the basis of the educational institution “Center for Additional Education of Children and Youth “Ranak” in Minsk.” The authors examined the conditions for using information technologies “Augmented Reality” in the association of interests “Young Artist”; the use of information technologies in the process of teaching visual arts in additional education was theoretically justified and practically implemented in additional education. Augmented reality applications will help students study something incomprehensible, distant, something that cannot be measured or touched, and develop abstract and spatial thinking. Information and methodological support has been developed in the form of an electronic educational resource that can be used when preparing a teacher for classes, to study new techniques, and when selecting visual aids for classes.
The article actualizes the problem of shaping the orientation of students' personality towards choosing a future profession. Professional orientation has a certain impact on resolving contradictions between social requirements and individual needs and serves as a driving force for the development of creative activities of educational subjects. According to N.D. Jigi, professional orientation is based on a wide range of needs, goals, interests, ideals, motives and attitudes of a person. It characterizes the unity of interests and personality characteristics in the system of professional self-determination, which is the most important at any age.
The article updates the problem of direction as a component of creation in transformative activities through innovative teaching methods and educational technologies. Specific innovative teaching methods and educational technologies are presented that contribute to the development of personality orientation in the opinion of numerous domestic and foreign doctors of psychological sciences and professors, which is confirmed in numerous publications by A. T. Rostunov and N. D. Dzhiga.
