The article is devoted to the research of the factors which structure the market, thus, forming the system of enterprises
of the publishing and printing-complex (PPC); the problems of competitive stability. Institutional units fall into corporations,
non-incorporated subjects, etc. The suggestions of deepening the market and institutional transformations in the economies
of PPC in Russia and Belarus by means of innovative methods of management are put forward. Their essence lies in the
application of methods of the system-structured analysis with expert estimates standing out as the ‘‘tree of objectives’’
with the joint strategic behavior considered as its ‘‘branches’’.
