Abstract

Physical and mechanical properties of magnesium alloys have been studied (temperature, hardness, roughness,
residual stresses) before and after magnetic-pulse processing under various conditions. It is shown that the magneticpulse
effect under certain optimal conditions can improve the physical and mechanical properties of the studied alloys.
