TO THE QUESTION OF THE RATIONAL CHOICE OF A SPRAY DEVICEFOR MILK COOLERS EFFECTIVE WASHING

Abstract

The article provides a review of existing spray devices for milk coolers efficient washing. A 360º rotating typespraying
device with a mechanical action of the jet for fast and milk tanks high quality washing with minimal water
consumption is proposed. The rotating head of the atomizer provides an increased intense impact of the jet on impurities
and distributes evenly the washing solution over the inner surfaces of the tanks walls of modern large-sized milk coolers.

The quality of milk and dairy products and their bacteriological safety largely depend on the sanitary condition
of the technological equipment. Efficient application of the solution to the inside surface of the milk cooling container
increases the quality of soil removal, reduces washing time and, as a result, saves energy, water and surfactants.
