Abstract

The article reflects the results of studies of the processes taking place in the area of frictional engagement of the conveyor belt
and rollers made of steel and composite material in the conditions of salt medium at potash plants. It describes the impact of the
established laws of the load and speed of the belt as well as the presence of potash salts and sodium chloride in the area of frictional
contact on the conveyer belt wear.
