Increasing productivity in grinding materials is a very urgent task. The authors examined the influence of the technological factors of the grinding process on productivity in an installation of completely new design. It is estab-lished that the most significant effect on the grinding process productivity is due to the factors such as gap size, relative rotation speed of the rolls and eccentricity value. A full factorial experiment was used in the study. The reproducibility of experiments at specified levels of variation has been mathematically proven with the Kohren criterion. The regres-sion equation is received; it connects the parameters of the grinding process and productivity. The adequacy of the obtained mathematical model was verified with the help of the Fisher’s F-criterion. The response surface of the opti-mization criterion is represented by the graph to show the influence of factors on the optimization parameter.
