Abstract

In the article, the results of experimental research of the parameters of quality of surfaces of flywheels of the water supply valves from steel X20Cr13 after magnetically-abrasive machining are presented. The chart of magneto-abrasive machining of flywheels has been offered. The distribution of ferro-abrasive powder in the working zone in the process of machining has been analysed. The dependences of surface roughness and productivity of magneto-abrasive machining of flywheels on technological modes have been determined.
