Abstract

Mathematical models that establish the relationship between the parameters of the replaceable knives location of the forage harvester-chopping drum and the cutting edges parameters of the chopping apparatus have been developed. The obtained dependences made it possible to establish that the angle of its inclination has the greatest influence on the change in the cutting edge radius of the knife.
