Abstract

Universal principles of synthesis of rational schemes for machining complex surfaces of machine parts by cutting are considered, including: optimization of the structure of forming movements by replacing the reciprocating motion of the tool with a rotational one; introduction of additional motion to optimize cutting conditions; combination of profiling and cutting movements to simplify the kinematics of forming; justification of the distribution of movements between the tool and the workpiece to increase machining productivity. Methods of machining complex surfaces of machine parts developed on this basis and recognized as inventions are presented
