Abstract

The analytical mechanism of globalization processes in the framework of the development of national economic
systems is investigated. A toolkit for assessing the level of globalization in the context of the strategy of an innovationoriented economy in the system of inter-regional cooperation ties is proposed. The main factors of influence on the
formation of an effective model for the accelerated development of an innovative system based on the presentation of a
system of priorities — competitive advantages — to increase the investment attractiveness of national systems are
identified.
