CAREER GUIDANCE WORK AS AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR BUILDING ACOMPETENCY MODEL OF MODERN EDUCATION

Abstract

The competence model in the modern education system covering multilevel training of specialists in the
vector «school — university — business entities» is formed. On the basis of the model, the directions from
training to practical training are revealed. Important attention is paid to career guidance work as the initial stage
of the model implementation in modern education. The prerequisites for the formation of career guidance in the
territory of the Republic of Belarus are determined. A system of principles of effective career guidance work has
been developed. The forms of career guidance in educational institutions are given in the complex. The idea of
continuity and continuity of the educational process by involving business entities in the training of future
specialists is supported.
