VIRTUAL COOPERATION OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND BUSINESS IN TERMS OF NEOINDUSTRIALIZATION

The growth of competition, the high level of demands of participants in the consumer market, and the dynamic
growth rates of information and communication technology market make the urgent need for a prompt search for a new
mechanism for enhancing the competitiveness of organizations. As one of them, we propose a form of
scientificeducational and industrial cooperation, based on the synergetic effect. The paper reflects the main problem
aspects in the interaction of education, science and business sectors. As a way to strengthen these relationships, a
symbiosis of the above sectors is proposed, including considering the form of virtual cooperation, the so-called virtual
cluster. A method for analyzing the level of influence of individual factors on the dynamics of the integral state of the
socio-economic system (based on the Saati’s hierarchy analysis method) is presented.
