Abstract

Тhe article considers an example of the application of one of the most common types of qualitative marketing
analysis of the enterprise macro environment: PEST-analysis. The analysis is carried out on the real situation in the
industry market of light industry enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. Based on the analysis, the dominant marketing
strategies in the framework of competition are determined.
