Abstract

Due to the transition of the Azerbaijan Republic to market economy the industrial enterprises have faced serious
changes and new problems in this sphere appeared. Along with the production, work of the industrial enterprises in the
conditions of market economy also consists of satisfaction of needs of investors and buyers. The article deals with the
requirements to the industrial enterprises which made products, meeting market demand in modern economic conditions.

In this aspect the role of innovations at the industrial enterprises which structures are influenced more by external
factors is noted. The preference of the consumer to high innovations is reflected in production services. At the same time
mechanisms of influence of innovative management on financial stability of the industrial enterprises are noted.
