Abstract

In the article the main directions of the state policy of promoting employment of the population were
examinated. The peculiarities of regulation of social and labor relations in the regulated market system of managing
were analyzed. The problems of employment of persons with disabilities, which impede the process of their social and
economic integration, are shown. Based on the generalization of the conducted research, directions for the improvement
of the employment policy for people with disabilities are proposed.
