Abstract

The concept of "merchandising" is investigated, the features of its use by organizations are defined. The analysis
of hidden psychological "traps" for buyers. The features of the use of merchandising tools by the company have been
investigated. The merchandising efficiency of the company was calculated using the example of one of the stores. The
main ways of improving merchandising activities are considered.
