Abstract

The main aspects of beef market regulation are described on an innovative basis. It is established that
under the current conditions of integration of Ukraine, the problem of creating an effective mechanism for market regulation in order to increase the efficiency of its functioning and development becomes a special urgency.
The necessity of forming a coherent mechanism of coordination based on state control and the measures on state
support for the development of the beef market has been substantiated. The algorithm of the customs regime, which
will allow to form economic relations in the field of processing beef in the territory of Ukraine, is proposed.
