Abstract

The analysis of demographic conditions for the labor resources formation in the city of Baranovichi in the
article has been undertaken. The complex characteristic of quantitative and qualitative parameters of cumulative
abilities to work of the people of the region is given, the level of their use in city economy is analyzed. The main
directions of reproduction of the labor potential of the city of Baranovichi are determined.
