WAYS OF RESOURCE EFFICIENT TRANSPORT SYSTEM FORMATION

Abstract

The article has analyzed the Ukraine vehicle fleet state by age and the possibility of its renewal in the near future. The list of strategic goals and objectives on motor transport and road infrastructure development has been evaluated for the period up to 2020. The structure of passenger and commercial vehicles fleet has been determined according to
the year of their manufacture. The complete renewal of the fixed assets of country transport system, which are mostly
private owned, has been found to be impossible by the owners of motor vehicles in the near future. The possibility of
raising money for the country's transport sector has been analyzed. The value of the investment impact on the possibility of a resource-efficient transport system forming has been determined. A discrepancy between the obtained results of
modeling the impact of investments in transport and the actual strategic role of the country transport system has been
found. It is proposed to conduct research aimed at determining the real impact of transport system investments on the
country's GDP.
