Abstract

It is proved the expediency of analytical research of problems of road safety as an integrated characteristics of
technology of the road transport, which determines its ability to transport passengers and cargo without danger to life
and health with compliance of safety of goods, motor vehicles and environment. It is analyzed the condition and problems of road transport from the standpoint of traffic safety technology as a system for the management of the safety of
all road users to the preparation of professionals whose activities are related services in the field of transport and public
bodies. It is defined the strategy and tactics of qualification improvement of professionals involved in the provision of
services in the field of road transport and government agencies in a joint operation to ensure traffic safety.
