Abstract

The article reflects the role of production automation in the management of a machine-building enterprise.
The architectural layers of integrated flexible manufacturing are considered; the main focus is on generalizing and
structuring information about the equipment maintenance and repair system (EAM). The main strategies for
managing maintenance and repair of equipment and the functionality of the module for integrating several
strategies are defined. The actual and planned performance indicators of OJSC «Torgmash» repair management
were calculated, taking into account the adjusted amount of costs for each strategy. A rating of the effectiveness
of various maintenance and repair management strategies has been compiled.
