Abstract

The article actualizes the problem of the development of personal responsibility in modern society. The understanding of the essence of the phenomenon of responsibility in various subject areas of scientific knowledge (psychology, philosophy, pedagogy) is reflected. The systematized signs of responsibility are listed. The results of an empirical study of the types of responsibility, personality traits associated with responsibility, structural and content characteristics of responsibility in youth are disclosed.
