INTERNAL AUDIT OF PERSONNEL DOCUMENTATION IN THE ACTIVITIES OF BUSINESS ENTITIES

Abstract

The article examines the internal audit of HR documentation. When conducting state inspections by various bodies, conducting a mandatory audit, a number of errors are established in the preparation of personnel documents in organizations. One of the main reasons for violations of labor legislation is the inadequate level of qualifications of employees of personnel services. The issues of personnel audit are widely discussed in the scientific literature. But until now there is no official definition of this economic category.
