Abstract

This article examines the essence of the problem of adolescent addictive behavior from various digital devices (computer, tablet, smartphone). Currently, their rapid impact on the psyche of adolescents is noted, due to remote interaction between people, due to the current epidemiological situation (COVID-19). However, the purposeful, deliberate and collective use of information technology tools, as exemplified by the «virtual round table» (VRT), has the potential to reduce digital addiction.
