Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of the attitude towards life of adolescents with anti-vital experiences. Anti-vital
experiences are considered as reversible pre-suicidal states, characterized by the impossibility of co-existence with the crisis events
of the life path and the absence of a reflexive position in relation to life. It is noted that the socialization of modern adolescents takes
place in the conditions of continuous existential challenges, the result of which is an exit into the existential space. The expediency of
considering the attitude to life of adolescents with anti-vital experiences from the standpoint of H. Tomeʼs biographically based cognitive
theory of personality is substantiated. The results of the method of adolescent narratives (M. Bamberg) are presented, which
testify to the specifics of the attitude towards life of adolescents with anti-vital experiences. The importance of considering a teenager
from the position of an expert in his own life is proved, which allows us to determine the system of values and meanings that is
relevant for him, which forms the basis of the experience of experiencing crisis events in his life path.
