CHINA PRESCHOOL EDUCATION CONTENT REFORMINGAS A PROBLEM OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

The article presents the results of generalization and systematization of the results of scientific research on the problem of reforming
the content of preschool education in China. The article describes studies devoted to the analysis of the consequences of
educational reforms, studies aimed at identifying the attitude of participants in the educational process to the reform being implemented,
studies revealing factors contributing to or hindering the dynamics of preschool education and the implementation of the
reform. The importance of choosing cultural relativism as a value imperative underlying scientific research on this topic is scientifically
substantiated. It is concluded that there is a tendency in the scientific community to shift the theoretical foundations of the study
of historical and pedagogical research into the curricula reforms of preschool education from the methodology of pedagogical science
to the socio-cultural discourse and the scientific apparatus of sociological and cultural studies.
