Abstract

The article focuses on the unique features of verbal expression in informational education genres. The analysis of
lexical and syntactic expressive means is carried out according to their usefulness for a teacher’s scientific language at
different stages of a lesson. The didactic functions of expressive means in pedagogical communication correlate with the
principal speech intentions of education discourse.
