Abstract

The role of education in the formation of the readiness for the self-preservation activity of younger schoolboys is
described. The notions of ‘‘self-preservation’’, ‘‘socialization of self-preservation’’, ‘‘self-preservation activity’’ are put
forward. The need to develop models of the educational technologies use in the content of each subject, which will ensure
the formation of readiness of junior schoolboys for the activities providing their health preservation, is grounded.
