Abstract

The article reveals the problem of professional training of masters in the system of multilevel education. The author analyzes the experience of the Surgut State Pedagogical University in the organization of educational process that contributes to the successful formation of professional competencies among the masters who study within the program “Methodological support in preschool education”.

The content of the master’s program was determined taking into account the interests of employers of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug — Ugra, the scientific and pedagogical potential of the university and the masters’ educational needs. The practices of the magistracy are presented which contribute to the acquisition of experience of innovative methodological activities in pre-school educational organizations and the university.

The author determine the effectiveness of the modern spectrum of assessment tools in the magistracy (case studies, projects, modeling of educational situations, student portfolios) and present the current topics of final qualification papers on the problems of methodological background and support in preschool educational institutions.
