Abstract

The article actualized the problem of formation of professional suitability of schoolchildren and students of different professional areas as a system. It is analyzed the influence of the system on the motive of the choice of profession, personal characteristics. It is given a definition of professional suitability, its essence is given, it is described the algorithm of forming the subjects of professional suitability as a system consisting of four interrelated subsystems. This article provides a description of each stage. The article presents the results of empirical research, factor analysis and the impact of professional
suitability on creation of a productive subject of education. Particular importance is given to research, methodology and techniques of the great legacy of A. T. Rostunovon the formation of professional suitability.
