Abstract

The article discusses the problem of cadets’ adaptation in professional training activity. In author’s interpretation these specific conditions are understood as complicated, unfamiliar and stressful for the freshmen. Special conditions of military service differ from extreme ones by the unstable action of extreme factors or by a high conscious probability of their occurrence, and the resulting negative functional states are expressed moderately. As a result the reaction of maladaptation is developed which is the reason of mark rating decrease in the academic mark rating system of cadets’ activity. The author depicts the issue of organizing a psychological and educational guidance for cadets which is reduced due to the lack of psychologists in the staff.
