Abstract

The article examines the features of the emotional relation of a mother to herself and to her early age child with neurological pathology in connection with her relation to the past, present and future. The article provides new data on
the emotional well-being of mothers of early age children with neurological pathology, on the prevalence of positive attitudes of mothers to their child, to themselves, as well as to their past, present and future. Negative attitude of mothers is much more often observed in relation to their past. Using a non-verbal “color relationship test”, the results were obtained that complement and confirm the data on the predominantly positive attitude of mothers to early age children with neurological pathology obtained using questionnaires.
