Abstract

The article presents the process and results of experimental work on the use of the schema language in the process of consulting support for the teacher’s continuing education. Consulting is interpreted by authors as pedagogical technology. The scheme logically connects the professional practice of a particular teacher and the reflection of problem situations in it. They serve as an additional means of organizing communication and dialogue, understanding, criticizing and constructing statements, organizing all group and intergroup processes of thinking and reflection. Circuit design
contributes to the integrity of the resulting meanings in the communication of consulting participants, causing the continuity of the formation of professional ethical standards as their internal progressive self-change. The use of schematic images in the organization and implementation of the training stage of consulting activities to support the professional
practice of teachers contributes to their personal and professional development.
