Abstract

The article discusses collective-group formations that help to adapt in a team, to carry out their part of the work in a common rhythm. The creation of “quality groups” demonstrates the sustainability and effectiveness of interaction
in different training sessions, since students adapt to such group formations and work in them purposefully and actively. In the conditions of cooperative interaction, the organization of various temporary creative and intergroup associations can take place. This contributes to the development of partnerships between students, the elimination of isolation and
competition of teams, the development of the ability to act in conditions of rapid change, to cooperate with different people. The group method of work stimulates the learning activities of students, involves them in the learning process. The organization of the student body can influence the solution of the problem of the quality of education.
