DESIGNING A MODEL OF NETWORK INTERACTION OF INSTITUTIONSOF HIGHER AND GENERAL SECONDARY EDUCATION IN CONDITIONSOF DIGITALIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The article actualizes the problem of increasing the regional centers of additional education efficiency based on the application
of information and communication resources in the educational process. The dynamics of specific indicators development of the digital economy in the Republic of Belarus in the period from 2014 to 2020 is presented. The regulatory legal documents regulating the digital transformation of the educational process in institutions of higher and general secondary education are analyzed. The problematic aspects of the additional education regional system that need to be modernized are highlighted. As a part
of the educational process digital transformation, approaches to the development and implementation of information and educational Internet resources created on the basis of network interaction between educational institutions and subjects of innovative infrastructure in order to develop the system of additional education in the region are considered. The theoretical and methodological, design, marketing, approbation stages of developing a network interaction model of educational institutions are described.
