COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF EDUCATION QUALITY AMONG PUPILSOF CORRECTION- AND DEVELOPMENT-TRAINING CENTRE

Abstract

The article describes the results of the research carried out in the frames of the Republican innovation project “Implementation of quality assessment system of special education in the conditions of a correction- and developmenttraining
center” on the foundation of 18 correction- and development-training centers in all regions of the Republic of Belarus and Minsk city (Order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus No. 589 of August 11, 2021 “On experimental and innovative activities in the 2021/2022 academic year”).

The components are characterized based on comprehensive scales of quality assessment of education among individuals with severe multiple disorders (criterion — parameter — indicator ground on 3 markers: “Assessment of the quality of correctional and educational process in preschool groups of correction- and development-training centre”,
“Assessment of the conditions quality of mastering curricula by pupils with severe multiple disorders”, “Assessment of
the results quality of mastering curricula by pupils with severe multiple disorders”). Comparison of the scales of comprehensive assessment quality of education among pupils with severe multiple disorders with theirs prototype — scales of ЕСЕRS-R (Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale) has been described.
