THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN BEHAVIORAL CONTROL AND TOLERANCE TO UNCERTAINTY IN FUTURE AVIATION SPECIALISTS

The article highlights the problem of professional competence among cadets. The development of behavioral control and uncertainty tolerance in aviation professionals are among the most important professional competencies in the aviation industry. The article presents the results of a study of the relationship between behavioral control and tolerance to uncertainty in future aviation specialists. The study revealed statistically significant direct correlations between the level of behavioral control and tolerance to uncertainty cadets. The higher the level of development of behavioral control, the higher the readiness to perceive situations of uncertainty among future aviation specialists. Developed components of cadet behavior control determine the readiness to perceive situations of uncertainty, which acquires particular significance in the formation of the professional competence of future aviation specialists.
