Abstract

The article studies the approaches to assessing the economic efficiency of agricultural land use in specialized organizations.
The evaluation consists of the following steps: the selection of cluster-performance, weakly correlated with each
other; checking the number for ‘‘emission’’; cluster-building; determining the effectiveness and factorial indicators of
production functions; the construction of production functions for each cluster; the analysis of the economic ends. The
economic evaluation of Krasnodar region enterprises producing grain allowed to identify five clusters significantly
different from each other in terms of land use. The analysis of the production functions makes it possible to determine the
pouring factors influencing the efficiency of production. The use of this approach helps differentiate the organization in
terms of land use, determine the degree of influence-sharing resources for efficient indicator production, perfect the
measures of the efficiency while employing them.
